We manufacture KOBELCO cranes at our Okubo Plant,which began producing construction machinery in 1960.In 1987,the plant became our primary base for the manufacture of general-use cranes.Using advanced technologies and production management expertise acquired over decades of operation with the support of cutting-edge manufacturing equipment,we efficiently produce a steady supply of high-quality cranes to meet virtually every need.We have also developed a comprehensive quality control system that covers everything from the inspection of materials and procured parts through the manufacturing process itself and the final product inspections.This system,working in tandem with our TQC circles,helps to ensure that every machine shipped from Okubo Plant meets the very highest standards of quality.

ISO9001 and ISO14001 Certificatuion

The ISO Series is a set of international certifications that can only be acquired by plants that minutely analyze and test every aspect of the manufacturing porcess and optimize their systems to the ultimate degree.
Okubo Plant received its ISO9001 certification(for product quality)in 1998,and received its ISO14001 certification (for environmental management systems) in 2002.
